Tiffany is a dedicated psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in psychology and social work practice. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work, both from West Virginia University. Tiffany is a Major in the West Virginia Army National Guard with 24 years of military service. She serves as the Commander of the Medical Readiness Detachment and a Behavioral Health Officer.
She has a demonstrated history of working with individuals, families, veterans, school personnel, law enforcement, and community human service agencies. She founded Upstream Behavioral Health in August 2023 to provide access to mental health services in Berkeley Springs and virtually across the state of West Virginia.
